Video credits, AI generation, usage rights and service conditions for AI Raindance.
The service
AI Raindance is an independent photo-to-video tool, not an official service of Dave or Tems. Solo uses one portrait; duo uses two. The current template generates a 15-second 768P video in a 4:3 frame with the original reference audio. Google sign-in and a purchased video credit are required to generate a video.
Video credits and payment
Stripe processes one-time USD video packs: 1 video for $9.99, 3 for $24.99, or 10 for $69.99. One generation consumes one credit, for solo or duo. Purchased credits do not expire. A verified payment event must arrive before credits are added; returning from Checkout alone does not credit an account.
Failures and AI variability
A confirmed failed generation or audio-composition task returns one credit once. If the provider status is uncertain, the task continues to be checked. AI results can vary: likeness, expressions, role assignment and lip sync are not guaranteed to be exact. A completed video that differs creatively from your expectations does not automatically receive a credit refund.
Your uploads and permitted use
Upload only photos you own or have permission to use, including permission from the people pictured. You retain your rights in your uploaded content and allow us and our processing providers to use it only as needed to deliver your requested service. Do not use the service for deception, harassment, unlawful content or unauthorized impersonation. Music and third-party reference rights are not transferred by purchasing a video credit.
Storage and availability
Uploaded photos are retained for 7 days and completed videos for 30 days. Download your videos before expiration. Your account is required to access its tasks and private media. Provider outages or maintenance may delay delivery; a delivery-time guarantee is not offered.
